I am Anna Rytířová, originally from Czechia, and currently an international bachelor’s student in Psychology at Leiden University and an Honours College student.

I have a strong interest in health psychology and the connection between lifestyle, nutrition, and mental well-being. I’m particularly enthusiastic about translating research into meaningful, accessible content.

As part of my Honours track, I co-lead the Food Relief Project at the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, where we explore students’ eating habits and the challenges they face in accessing nutritious food. This research reflects my passion for connecting scientific insight with real-world impact.

In addition to my academic work, I have experience in tutoring and caregiving, including volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities and tutoring Ukrainian child refugees.

Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga and pilates, and finding calm moments in daily life.
